
Hitting a Ceiling
Have you ever felt like you were are spinning your wheels or hitting the ceiling and couldn't get past a certain level or through a challenge? You felt unsure what to do next.

I totally understand. That is exactly how I felt. Stuck in the mud! Frustrated!
Through experience, I discovered what worked for me. I call it the seven pillars for change.
By implementing these "head" things into daily life, I was able to get out of my own way. True transformation began to happen. Whenever I have something that needs changing or growth, I walk myself through this system and it helps me move forward.
Whenever we want to move through that ceiling and move in a different direction in any area of our lives. Be it better health, change or advancement in our career, better relationships, navigating a divorce, greater financial wealth, or simply upgrading our life in general, we all go through specific steps in order to make those changes happen.
A better understanding of those steps and how we approach them is key to making those changes happen.
Knowing and doing are two different things. First, we know, and then we need to put that knowledge into action. What happens when there seems to be a disconnect? When we struggle to put our knowledge into action. This is when we want to be our "authentic" self, yet we don't really know who that is.
Transformation takes effort and a little bit of pain. Then it becomes an adventure.
