Combining Traditional Coaching with Intuitive Coaching
Traditional Coaching focuses on goal setting and measurements of actions towards those goals. Excellent for business and task-oriented personalities.
Intuitive Coaching is a transformational process that combines traditional coaching techniques with spiritual and metaphysical tools, including Oracle Cards, astrology, and energy work. It helps clients uncover hidden patterns, gain deep clarity, and create meaningful shifts in their lives. This approach honors both personal responsibilty, and intuitive guidance, making space for growth, healing, and conscious decision-making.
I use a combination of these techniques. Utilizing the different tools that I my client feels most comfortable using. I use the Habit Finder Assessment, Oracle Cards, astrology, numerology, psych-k, meditation and energy healing techniques. We discuss what you feel most comfortable before any session begins. I utilize the methods that I write about in my book, Untangled, as well.
