  • What is Intuitive Coaching?
    Intuitive Coaching is a transformational process that blends traditional coaching techniques with spiritual and metaphysical tools like Oracle cards, astrology, and energy work. It helps clients uncover hidden patterns, gain deep clarity, and create meaningful shifts in their lives. The approach honors both personal responsibility and intuitive guidance, making space for growth, healing, and conscious decision-making.
  • What makes you different from other coaching programs?
    I like to say, I'm not for everyone and everyone isn't for me. That is okay! I use intuitive tools, even in my traditional program, which I use the Habit Finder Program. In my book, Untangled, I follow a system as well. I incorporate all three into my one-on-one programs. The best coach is the one you personally can relate to and helps motivate you to use the tools and implement the procedures being taught. There will be homework to do.
  • How do I decide which program is best for me?
    We can schedule a 15-30 minute conversation to see which program works best for you.
  • What's the difference between traditional coaching and intuitive coaching?
    Traditional coaching focus's on thought patterns and tasks to get from point A to point B. Intuitive coaching combines mindset and intuitive strategies with transformational tools, including somatic exercises, the mindshift process, oracle cards, astrology, numerology, and more.
  • Am I obligated in any way.
    No. This is for your information. I have services if you want to learn more after the initial assessment.
  • What tools are used in traditional coaching?
    The Habit Finder Assessment is the first tool we use. This is Free to you, and you will receive an email with an explanation of your current thought patterns. If you choose to purchase a coaching package you will receive a Binder with your assessment and with the 6 Chapters of the habits that we will be focusing on. You also receive Og Mandino's The Greatest Salesman, Today, I Begin a New Life, The Observer's Chair and one other book.
  • How long does the assessment take?
    It takes 15 minutes to take online. Our appointment takes 30-60 minutes, depending on your desired information. A general flyover takes a bit less than 30 minutes. If you would like a bit more in-depth it will take 60 minutes.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
