What's the difference between traditional coaching and intuitive coaching?

Traditional coaching focus's on thought patterns and tasks to get from point A to point B.  Intuitive coaching combines mindset and intuitive strategies with transformational tools, including somatic exercises, the mindshift process, oracle cards, astrology, numerology, and more.

How long does the assessment take?

It takes 15 minutes to take online. Our appointment takes 30-60 minutes, depending on your desired information.  A general flyover takes a bit less than 30 minutes. If you would like a bit more in-depth it will take 60 minutes.

What makes you different from other coaching programs?

I like to say, I'm not for everyone and everyone isn't for me. That is okay!  I use intuitive tools, even in my traditional program, which I use the Habit Finder Program. In my book, Untangled, I follow a system as well. I incorporate all three into my one-on-one programs. The best coach is the one you personally can relate to and helps motivate you to use the tools and implement the procedures being taught. There will be homework to do.

What tools are used in traditional coaching?

The Habit Finder Assessment is the first tool we use. This is Free to you, and you will receive an email with an explanation of your current thought patterns. If you choose to purchase a coaching package you will receive a Binder with your assessment and with the 6 Chapters of the  habits that we will be focusing on. You also receive Og Mandino's The Greatest Salesman, Today, I Begin a New Life, The Observer's Chair and one other book.
